We offer spacious indoor/outdoor runs, comfortable sleeping areas, and personalized activities including private exercise, playgroups, and pasture walks.

Yes! We offer daycare for dogs, cats, and small animals.

Our small dog group has an indoor /outdoor area but our large dog group is excusivley outdoors. This means that the large dog group can be weather dependent at times. You are welcome to call ahead to see what the plan is for the day if the weather is questionable. 

Cats at Cottonwood Kennels enjoy quiet, individual condos in a climate-controlled space, with plenty of natural light, climbing shelves, and soothing music to promote a stress-free environment.

Dogs receive exercise multiple times a day, with options available for one-on-one play sessions, group play, or pasture walks. All pets are monitored by staff to ensure their safety and wellbeing.

Yes! However, keep in mind we provide everything your pet needs like premium food and luxury bedding. You can certainly bring your pet's food in any resealable container (like a Ziploc bag or Tupperware), but we recommend leaving your pet's own bedding or sentimental items at home so they don't get lost or damaged.

We can absolutley administer medication or supplements while your pet is in our care. Please note all medication and supplements, even if they are sold over the counter need to come in their original bottle or packaging! We cannot accept or administer anything in pill boxes or baggies and we are not able to accept any expired medication. If your pet takes any calming supplements like CBD or other chews, oils etc. we will need a prescription from your veterinarian in order to administer those as well.

We have emergency protocols in place as well as access to veterinary care. You and your designated veterinarian or a local on call vet will be contacted if care is needed.

We maintain strict cleanliness protocols, with daily cleaning and sanitation of all areas. Pets are also closely monitored in our group play and boarding areas.

Yes! We encourage prospective customers to come tour of our facility between the hours of 9AM and 11AM and meet our staff to ensure you're comfortable with our environment and services.

We require all pets to be up to date on vaccinations:

• Dogs must have current rabies, distemper, and Bordetella vaccinations. 
• Cats must have current rabies and feline distemper (FVRCP) vaccinations. 

We do offer accomodations for out of state pets but we will need a Certificte of Veterinary Inspection from a vet in your current state within the 10 days prior to their arrival here in Colorado.

Yes, we allow pets to come if they are not spayed or neutered. They can even participate in group play up until they are 7 months old without being altered. After that they will transition to private activities instead.
